Having already seen support from Hype Magazine, One West Magazine and appearing in Beyonce’s ‘Black is King’, up and coming HipHop artist Malik English makes his return with ‘ASK 4’. Expertly combining his bold lyricism, and fresh, & colorful sound, Malik English is set to take over charts & playlists worldwide.

Malik English is a 21-year-old Trinidadian-Nigerian artist and producer from Crown Heights, Brooklyn. English uses trippy synths, hard drums, limitless flows, and melodies to carve out a singular style — glitter trap — that draws from his diverse taste and influences, ranging from Kanye West to Paramore.   

Since bursting onto the scene in 2020, his efforts have resulted in him playing shows at The Apollo & Bowery Electric as well as appearing as a guest on YesJulz Music Monday IG Live. Along with this, his streaming numbers have reached over 110k on Spotify alone, and are steadily growing. 

‘ASK 4’ is the Brooklyn-based artist’s first release of 2021, following the huge success of “Faith” and “Fell In Luv”. In “ASK 4”, Malik sticks to his self-identified glitter-trap roots with hypnotic vocals, pulsing 808’s, wurling synthesizers weaving throughout the track. Speaking more on the release, Malik explained:
