Directed by frequent collaborator Chivalry, the video finds the rapper in an array of scenic locations, from being stranded in the middle of the ocean in a bright yellow boat surrounded by sharks, to dancing in front of strobe lights in a sparkly sequined suit. Pulling artistry from Bruce Gowers’ 1979 classic “Rock with You”, “CAUTIOUS” allows the rapper to show off his supernatural thrifting skills resulting in a series of colorful snazzy outfits as he performs atop Jootsu’s booming basslines.

This year, Cochise won a broader audience with “Tell Em” ft $NOT racking up over 147.4 million streams on just Spotify alone and earning a spot on XXL’s Best Songs of 2021. “Tell Em” and the successful follow up “Pocket Rocket” earned the rapper press attention from the likes of Ones To Watch and Lyrical Lemonade. Cochise keeps active on social media, posting hilarious fan-generated images of himself aggressively asking for new music and video memes of anime references. After recently completing his first sold-out solo tour and announcing his support on Aminé’s 2022 Best Tour Ever, Cochise proudly introduces himself as not just any rapper, but an intentional one.
