When Long Island-based Rapper/Producer J.Yard gets to business, he is 100% serious about it. Coming from the state that birthed Hip Hop, he represents very well with various releases and his skilled and witty wordplay. A contender for one of the best names in the new generation of New York artists, he is laughing all the way to the bank on his latest track, “New Money”.

Released through W.O.L.F. Productions, J.Yard handles the beat here as he gets into his plan to secure the bags of all kinds, and count the moula. From pushing the raps to brokering deals outside of the music, J.Yard is all about making the stacks, shining everywhere he goes, setting up ways to make his circle get into some dollar bills of their own, and repeat.

Armed with a slick flow and not being soft with the bars, J.Yard is giving listeners plenty of game that they should be taking note of throughout the track’s 3+ minute timeframe. “New Money” is featured on J.Yard’s “No Pity For Winners” EP, which has been receiving great feedback since its release in 2020.

Born Jason Yarde, J.Yard is a former member of the early 2010’s group, Nice & iLL. Growing up in New York, he was inspired by some of the big names that helped to shape the sound of Hip Hop, and has been compared to a few of them early on in his career. He has shared the stage with the likes of Sean Kingston, Miguel, Fatman Scoop, and Dave East, and has made noise with tracks like, “Down For You”, “Run A Muck”, “Capital G”, and “The Winner Is”.

J.Yard’s “New Money” is now available on all digital music streaming platforms. To stay up to date with J. Yard, follow him on Instagram at @JYard.
